在外贸营业中，从报价到支付前提，再到催开声誉证，再到厥后的票据结汇，触及到良多专业术语，我把自己总结的一些有关材料发个小贴，希看业内同行能用得上。(因有关报价篇屡见不鲜，这里就省了）
1.支付前提（Termsofpayment)
（1）OurusualwayofpaymentisbyconfirmedandirrevocableletterofcreditavailablebydraftatsightforthefullamountofthecontractedgoodstobeestablishedinouITvourthroughabankacceptabletothesellers.
我们的通俗付款体例是保兑的、不可打消的、以我公司为受益人的、足额声誉证，见票即付。声誉证应经由历程为卖方供认的银行开出。
（2）Forpayment,werequire100百分value,confirmedandirrevocableletterofcreditwithpartialshipmentandtranshipmentallowedclause,availablebydraftatsight,payableagainstsurrenderingthefullsetofshippingdocumentstothenegotiatingbankhere.
我们要求用100百分金额的、保兑的、不可打消的声誉证，并划定理睬转船和分批装运，凭汇票向议付行交单即期付款。

每每我们接受即期声誉证付款或电汇。我们从不接受货到付款的办法。
2.催开声誉证(PressingforL/C)
（1）AsthegoodsagainstyourorderNo.111havebeenreadyforshipmentforquitesometime,itisimperativethatyoutakeimmediateactiontohavethecoveringcreditestablishedassoonaspossible.
因为贵方定单第111号之货已备待运有相称永劫候了，贵方必需立刻办法尽快开出声誉证。
（2）Werepeatedlyrequestedyoubyfaxestoexpeditetheopeningoftherelativeletterofcreditsothatwemighteffectshipmentfortheabovementionedorder,butafterthelapseof3months,wehavenotyetreceivedthecoveringL/C.
我们已经屡次传真要求贵方赶快开来有关声誉证，以使我们装运上述定单之货。可是三个月过往了，仍未收到有关声誉证。
（3）
WehopethatyouwilltakecommercialreputationintoaccountinallseriousnessandopenL/Catonce,otherwiseyouwillberesponsibleforallthelossesarisingtherefrom.
希看贵方担当思量商业信誉，立刻开证，不然，由此发作的统统丧失落均由贵方担当。
（4）Theshipmenttimeforyourorderisapproaching,butwehavenotyetreceivedthecoveringL/C.Plsdoyourutmosttoexpeditethesametoreachherebeforetheendofthismonthsothatshipmentmaybeeffectedwithoutdealy.
贵方定单的装船期已经邻近，但我们尚未收进到有关声誉证，请尽最年夜勉力赶快将声誉证在本月底开到，以便及古装运。
3.点窜声誉证(AmendmenttoL/C)
（1）
PlsamendtheforegoingL/Ctoreadpiecelengthin30yardsinsteadof40yards.
请把上述声誉证条目中匹长40码改为30码。
（2）WewoulddrawyourattentiontothefactthattheconstructionofourArt.No.3100Sis32X3278X65whereasyourcreditcallsfor30X3078X65.Therefor,youarerequestedtoamendthecreditaccordingtothestipulationofthecontract.
我们提请贵方留意，我方坯布的规格为32X3278X65，而贵方声誉证却划定30X3078X65，故请依照合约划定点窜声誉证。
（3）PlITtendtheshipmentdateandthevalidityofyourL/CNo.111totheendofJan.andFeb.15,2006respectively,andseetoitthattheamendmentadivcewillreachusbeforetheendofDec.2005.
请将声誉证111号的装运船订定条约付期分别展延至2006年1月底及2月15日，并请留意把点窜书于2005年12月底前寄达我们这里。
（4）WehavereceivedyourL/CNo.111coveringtheabove-mentionedcontract.Butoncheckingupitsclauses,wefindthatitcallsforshipmenttobeeffectednotlatterthanNov.10,2005,whereasthecontractstipulatesshipmentDec.2005.PlITtendtheshipmentdatetotheDec.15th2005andvaliditytothe31stofDec.
上述合约项下的声誉证111号已收到。可是经由查对条目，发明该证划定装期不迟于2005年11月，而合约划定装期为2005年12月份，为此请把该证装期展延至2005年12月15日，议付期展延至12月31日。
（5）WefindthattheamountofyourL/Cisinsufficient,becausethepremiumsforDarkandSpecialcloursarenotincludedtherein.Therefore,pleaseincreasetheamountoftheL/Cto$56,800.00.
我们发明因为声誉证金额未包括深特征加价，因此声誉证金额缺乏，请将声誉证金额增至$56，800.00。
（6）PleaseamendtheL/Ctoread"Partialshipmentsandtranshipmentallowed".
请将声誉证点窜为理睬分批装运和转船。
4.特别情况下的付款体例（Specialarrangementforpayment)
（1）
AsrequestedinyouITxofDec.2,2005,shipmentof20000ydswillbeeffectedunderguaranteeintheabsenceoftheL/Camendment.Please,therefore,honourthedraftaccordingly.
依照贵方2005年12月2日来电，我们将在没有声誉证点窜书的情况下装运20000码，届时请予承付。
（2）AsourrecordsrevealthattheproceedsofourshipmentofModelonSuitingin20000ydsarenotyetreceived,pleasepressyourbuyerstoinstructtheirbanktoeffectpaymentimmediately.
经查我方记实2万码毛涤纶花呢的货款迄未收到，请赶快催买户关照银行付款。
（3）Onourbook,thereisstillasmallbalanceof$648ipenagainstyou.Thereisnodoubtthatismusthavebeenoverlookedbyyou,andweexpectachequefromyousooninsettlementofthisaccount.
在我们的账面上，贵方仍欠我们一笔小的金额$648，无疑这已被贵方忽略，我们盼看收到贵方的支票以结清此账。...
