Dear Mike,
This is very bad way to deal with your customer. I want to ask you a question, did you wait until you get T/T to tell me this silly story about wrong price calculation? and why you didn't find out this problem before receiving T/T. It is more than one month since you give me the offer, why only now you come to tell me so.
I insist to get the same qualityu with the same price as mentioned in the sales confirmation, otherwise i will cancel this order.

Dear Mr XXXX ,
Thanks for your reply in time.
I know you are very anygry now,Though it's my company mistake,but what your said is not my real idea on your order (did you wait until you get T/T to tell me this silly story about wrong price calculation? and why you didn't find out this problem before receiving T/T.) because till today I still not got your order deposit.
If like what you said on this matter,changing our position ,I am also very angry for doing business by such way,becasue it's cheating and not honest,but all business should be base on credit.Dear friend I really know such matter the day before yesterday.Because your order amout is nearly more $40,000 and a big order.So without your deposit information ,I dare not perpare any thing for your order.That is also the reason why I ask your remit $20,000 deposit for your order .So even you told you already remit the order deposit to me by E-mail several days ago,I still did not any perpare job for your order and only glad to sure that you already formal confirm this big order,untill yesterday I got your bank T/T(but till today my export agent told me that he still not got your money) .I ask my designer to perpare the produce IT for your order item,so We found such problem.Dear Friend If I want to cheat you,For you already remit the deposit,I can directly produce and not inform you such matter,but it's not my life rule.If you still not trust what I said. It's ok ,you can cancel your whole order now,I will find the way to return all your money back ASAP.
But it's so bad condition for us,if cancel your order ,you and me nobody can get any benefit,maybe your feeling are little comfortable because you deeply beat a guy who's name is mike and you think he cheat your honest .But when all thing is past and quiet ,what can we get from such matter? maybe I have a big business lesson and you will sure that never do business with mike even chinese ,but how about the others? how about this order benefit which we should get from your customer base on this big order.On the other hand I really not cheat you,only present condition look I cheat you.
So dear Mr friend as for these 5 model matter .if you can not accept the price ,you can cancel them from your order and we continue do the balance model for your customer,and also I will ask my produce manager try his best to perfect finish them and sure that you can smoothly get the benefit from your customer base on the balance model.
Sorry for the inconvenience again,just think your cute 8 years old child and Chinese mike at same time ,maybe you can forgive me,just as you told me that every time when I make mistake,I only can say sorry just like your little boy.
