    前几天收到一个欧洲主人的询价,在今年的时候我们有寄过另外一种的样品(主人付样品费和运费)给这个主人,那时不知是何缘故原因没有推销我们的产物。看到现在这个主人又来询价(是另一种产物),就选了最具价钱下风的产物报给了他,可是他又说他人有比这更低的价钱,然后我们在成本理睬的情况下,几乎不赢利报给了他(同他所说的他人的低价一样),刚才收到该主人的答复如下:

    Although we do have a slightly better offer, yours is worth considering. Please confirm this price contains:

    1. 4 color gift box

    2. 1百分 spare units free of charge

    3. 20 page manual (148x100mm) (仿单不年夜概有这么多页的)

    4. 2 pre-production samples sent at your costs (only required for first cooperation)

    5. 1 shipping sample sent at your costs.

    6. Payment: L/C 90 days (we give you the 90 days interest)

    请妙手支招,这个邮件该若何回? 1.2.两条是没有题目的。pre-production samples 也是可以准备,可是为何要两个。最难的是L/C90天若何可以接受?可是不接受又若何应对? 是不是这个主人接到我们的好价钱,可是并没有订单,如许封住我们的口吗?

    [网友:Flyat]答复:关于第三点. 有的客户是有良多不合的内容要印的, 20页也无情可原. 可是你们自己可以计算一下成本性否可以接受. 如果实在不能接受应该可以给主人注释说通俗的是带多少页的, 而现在改为20页, 成本会增加多少. 然后取其中心的加价加上今年夜概会比较好.

    关于第四点. 这个很正常. 主人的习尚题目罢了. 年夜概他要摆不合的showroom. 年夜提要给end customer….

    我的答复:(I do not have such many content to print, usually only 4 pages.)

    主人的再答复:Dont worry, we will give you enough content for 20 pages

    4. 2 pre-production samples sent at your costs (only required for first cooperation)

    我的答复: 2 pre-production samples are for our account, but the freight cost is for your account

    主人的再答复:freight must be for your account as well

    5. 1 shipping sample sent at your costs.

    我的答复:( The quality of shipping cargoes will be same with pre-production samples, it does not need to send again)

    主人的再答复:what if the pre-production samples need improving before mass production? (which is very likely) how do we control whether the mass production is acceptable if not by a random shipping sample? a shipping sample must be sent at your expenses including freight, this is not negotiable

    6. Payment: L/C 90 days (we give you the 90 days interest)

    我的答复:Regarding this point, we can try to solve your money issue through that you ask for your bank to issue a special L/C.

    Note:Usance Letter of Credit Payable at sight. If you know this, you will be able to finance the fund from your bank and you just need to pay the interest to your bank instead of me. And we can get the payment timely from your issuing bank. Please consult your bank and let us have your comments.

    主人的再答复:This is not workable for various reasons I do not wish to explain.

    以上是我的处理方案及客的答复! 我现在该若何做呢? 是抛却这个订单,照旧接受主人的前提呢? 主人的真实设法为何? 我以为处理这种困难的最佳办法为假远期声誉证,可是主人连一个样品费和运费也不愿出,是不是可以以为他是一个残余主人。
