摘要
足球队队员之间心智模型的类似性重如果指队员在面临场上的活动情形时，拥有类似的心智模型，可以对该活动情形做出类似的描绘、注释和预测，从而和谐自己的办法或接纳步伐以适应团队义务或功课以及其他队员的需要。它对团队的适应本领有很年夜的促进感化。

Abstract
Shared mental models are knowledge structure held by members of a team that enable them to form accurate explanations and expectations for the task, and in turn, to coordinate their actions and adapt their behavior to demands of the task and other team members. Some studies have showed shared mental models can promote the adaptation of the team. Shared mental models have been applied in many fields. In the study, referring the relative studies, the author applied this conception in the collective sports team and introduced a new training method——fix-grouped training to develop the shared mental models of the members in the same team.In the study, the experiment method, the interview method, mathematics statistics method etc. were used to explore the development of the shared mental models in the collective sports team. The author planed the experiment group and control group in the experiment. The training method of fixed-grouped was adopted in the experiment group, while in the control group; the routine training method was used. With the tens rounds training, the result showed there was the significance in the angle judgment towards to the offensive member who controlled the football, though the comparison between the experiment groups and the control groups, between before and after the fix-grouped training, and between the value of after-fix-grouped training and the value of the re-grouped team.In the study, the author applied the method of fix-grouped training to develop the shared mental models between the members in the same team. Hope to provide some theoretical evidence for the training of collective sports teams and offer a feasible means to the trainer in collective sports teams.Keywords: Collective sports teams; Shared mental models; Fix-grouped training; Communication and exchange
